Adam has taught in schools in London, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire and Norfolk. During this time, he has developed a specialism in primary curriculum development. In his last role he designed, wrote, and implemented an RE curriculum which is now in use in dozens of schools around the country. He is currently writing a book about the experience.

In his role at the Centre for Education, Adam is supporting schools in the trust to implement the trust’s curriculum, he is working on a continuous review of primary curriculum materials, helping establish the Norwich Writing Project and assisting the Teaching School Hub in facilitating their programmes.
