Emily Banks

Emily has over a decade of experience teaching in schools across Leicestershire & Norfolk. She was Head of Department for Computing & Engineering before taking up her current Subject Specialist Lead role. Emily has developed and implemented whole school online safety strategies in multiple schools.

She is a passionate advocate for increasing representation in Computing classrooms and founded the computing outreach programme at Sir Isaac Sixth Form, which includes Primary electronics workshops, mentoring programmes and speed networking careers events.
